The science

Roofs don't wear out all at once. They dry out.

Asphalt shingles age as sun and heat break down the asphalt that holds them together. Peak 301 is a soybean-based treatment that works inside the shingle, restoring the flexibility the roof has lost.

Send the homeowner and address from your dashboard. We measure the roof with EagleView and send you an estimate to e-sign. Your signature is the work authorization.

A certified crew treats the roof. You get completion photos, an invoice at your agreed partner rate, and the homeowner's warranty once it's paid.

Every partner gets a private dashboard. Submit jobs and see assignment and completion dates, photos, invoices with pay links, payment status and completed warranties, visible only to your company.

What is Peak 301?

Peak 301® is a soybean-based rejuvenation treatment for asphalt shingle roofs, manufactured by Colorbiotics, part of the Sika family of companies. It's a 96% USDA Certified Biobased Product, applied in a single visit, and backed by a 6-year transferable warranty.

Which roofs are a good fit?

Asphalt shingle roofs that are aging but still structurally sound. It isn't for other roofing materials, and it isn't a substitute for repairs. Damaged areas should be repaired first.

Who actually does the work?

A certified Peak 301 application crew. We work as your subcontractor, so the homeowner relationship stays yours.

How is the job priced and billed?

Partner pricing is per roofing square, measured by EagleView, and is shared with approved partners. Every job starts with an estimate you e-sign, and we invoice your company (not the homeowner) when the work is complete. Payment is due within 7 days, and you can pay online from the invoice or your dashboard.

When does the homeowner get the warranty?

The completed Peak 301 warranty is released in your partner portal as soon as your invoice is paid, ready to hand to your customer.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. No sign-up fees, monthly fees or minimums. You only pay for jobs you sell.
